In honor of World Suicide Prevention Week, practitioners of Access Bars will be hosting events all around the world and opening their doors for anyone looking for a different possibility or a spark of hope. Free sessions are being offered at the Idyllwild Public Library for those struggling with anxiety, sever stress and thought so f suicide - or for those who have lost a loved one to suicide. Access Bars is the very core of Access Consciousness, developed by its founder, Gary Douglas. The Bars are 32 points on your head that when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that doesn't allow you to receive.
