Hi! Wish you could just turn your mind off? Relax and chill any time of the day? Center yourself when someone is in your face not letting them get to you? Attend Mind Break and gain some tools for stress reduction and relaxation. Each month a new tool for relaxation or centering yourself will be presented by licensed yoga instructor Tanya Murguia. In the virtual session you will experience it by actually doing it. During the month use it, play with it, see if it works for you. Return the next month's session and learn something new. Build a tool box of ways to keep centered and relaxed. This program is virtual so you can be anywhere with an internet connection. The program is by invitation only. Invitations with the session's exclusive zoom link will be sent via email just prior to the meeting time. Only people with the link may attend.
